Well, an update of the Great Crunchie versus Violet Crumble Referendum is due. Currently there is a close scoreline of 8 – 7, with Crunchies in a narrow lead.
Extra points to consider – the Violet Crumble is an Australian product, made in Sydney by Nestlé, whereas the Crunchie is a Cadbury product, also available in the UK, New Zealand and Canada. (Oh, and random facts – the slab of Crunchie honeycomb is cut up using a jet of oil – using water would make the honeycomb melt, using a knife would lead to shattering)
Vote here – the fate of the nation rests in your hands.

Stupid stinky neutrals!
If I don’t survive, tell my wife: Hello.
I am feeling quite…., indifferent.
I have no strong opinions one way or the other.
(actually, in this case, not true, I prefer the Crunchie)
Live Free…or don’t
Nestle Bad, yet Violet Crumble good. Crunchie = cretins.
I have to go with Violet Crumble…I just had both for the first time in 2006. They sell Violet Crumble in the World Market here but I have yet to find Crunchie. I had to buy it online. I like the flavor and the way the V.C shatters…but I’m American, so does my opinion count to ya’ll?
