hotel de sal (yes i licked the walls)

Scattered around the Salar de Uyuni are quite a few salt hotels – we spent a night in one down the South end of the Salar. The entire building, beds, tables, chairs, were all made out of blocks of salt.

It smelt a bit like the sea…
