Heh, at least I didn’t include the next photo, where Ming actually eats it. Come to think of it, at least I convinced Ben not to put a layer of wasabi in there too.

Actually, I do think the wasabi would bring out the flavor in the shrimp, while simultaneously offer a subtle transition to the sweetness of the brownie.
Hmmmm, I’m hungry for some wasabi peas.
