The Albacore fleet, and some Lasers (smaller one person boats) sail on the Potomac River a few nights a week. I went and played with them last night. (The Washington Monument and the Ronald Reagan National Airport in the background)

Lasers…I remember them well. they were on Finley lake before they even started the Unfinished Spanish Galleon.
Oooh, I should have paid more attention back then. I could have gone sailing in Finley – it just didn’t seem to have the same sense of excitement to it that the Lake District did though.
