Still tasty.  VERY sweet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M&#038;M cupcakes<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cups of flour<br \/>\n1\/3 cup sugar<br \/>\n1\/3 brown sugar<br \/>\n2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1\/2 cup melted butter (about 90g)<br \/>\n2\/3 cup milk<br \/>\n2 free range eggs slightly beaten<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of vanilla<br \/>\nbaking M&#038;Ms (I added a slightly random amount)<\/p>\n<p>Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl, stir to combine.<br \/>\nIn a separate bowl combine melted butter, milk, eggs and vanilla.<br \/>\nPour into the dry mix, stir till combined, then add your M&#038;Ms.<br \/>\nBake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until skewer is clean.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Butter Cream Frosting <\/strong><br \/>\n200gm  butter at room temp<br \/>\n3 cups icing sugar<br \/>\n2-3 Tbsp milk<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla essence<\/p>\n<p>Cream the butter, sift in the icing sugar, mix well. Add essence, then just enough milk to get the right consistency (I didn&#8217;t add enough).
